1. Operator

This website is operated by ERW Holdings Pte. Ltd., a company incorporated in Singapore, trading as CPRAID (cpraid.com) (“we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Acceptance

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

3. What this website is for

cpraid.com is a marketing and information site for facilities and organisations interested in CPRAIDR® and related readiness discussions. Content is general information only. A briefing request or email exchange does not create a supply contract until we confirm terms in writing (for example quotation, order confirmation, or signed agreement).

4. Reseller, not manufacturer

CPRAID is a reseller of CPRAIDR®. The product is manufactured by VitalSigns Innovation AB (Stockholm, Sweden). We are not the manufacturer and do not control the manufacturer’s design, production, or regulatory filings outside our role as a commercial reseller.

5. No medical advice

Survival statistics and public resuscitation messaging cited on the site are general context from sources such as resuscitation councils. They are not claims that CPRAIDR® produces those outcomes.

6. Product claims and regulatory statements

We aim to keep product descriptions claim-safe and consistent with manufacturer public statements. In particular:

• Statements that CPRAIDR® is CE-marked (Conformité Européenne) under Medical Device Regulation (MDR) Class I (or similar wording) are attributed to the manufacturer’s public materials, not independent certification by CPRAID.
• Academic or early studies mentioned by the manufacturer (including bachelor theses) are not complete clinical proof of efficacy.
• We do not claim that CPRAIDR® “saves lives,” replaces defibrillation, or replaces formal CPR training certification on its own.

Product features (for example feedback on compression depth, rate/rhythm, full chest release, and ventilation cues; training and emergency modes) are described based on manufacturer public information. Specifications may change; confirm current details before purchase.

7. Complements AED — does not replace

CPRAIDR® is intended to support early high-quality CPR. It complements automated external defibrillators (AEDs) and does not replace them. Facilities should continue to follow their AED programmes, CERT plans, and local emergency protocols.

The manufacturer states the device can be used alongside a defibrillator without interfering and need not be removed for defibrillation (see VitalSigns frequently asked questions). Always follow the defibrillator and device instructions for use in an emergency.

8. Intended users and patients (18+)

As stated by the manufacturer, CPRAIDR® is intended for adult patient use (18 years and older) in emergency patient use. It is not intended for children or infants as emergency patients. Training use should follow the manufacturer’s instructions and local training standards.

9. Orders, availability, and regulatory clearance

Any order, quotation, or supply discussion is subject to:

• Product availability and lead times
• Written commercial terms we agree with you
• Applicable import, wholesale, and medical-device regulatory requirements in Singapore (and any other destination we expressly agree to supply)

We may decline or delay supply where regulatory clearance, licensing, or documentation is incomplete. Website content does not guarantee that a product is cleared for every use case or facility type.

10. Website content and intellectual property

Site text, layout, and CPRAID branding on this site are owned by us or used under licence. CPRAIDR® and related product marks are trademarks of VitalSigns Innovation AB. You may not copy, scrape, or republish substantial site content for commercial use without our prior written consent.

Product photos attributed to VitalSigns remain subject to the manufacturer’s rights; we use them for reseller marketing in good faith.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Misuse the site (for example attempt to disrupt hosting, inject malicious code, or harvest contact details for spam)
• Misrepresent affiliation with CPRAID, ERW Holdings Pte. Ltd., or VitalSigns Innovation AB
• Use site content to make false medical or regulatory claims about CPRAIDR®

Links to third-party sites (including vitalsigns.se and font providers) are for convenience. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices.

13. Disclaimer of warranties (website)

The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, we disclaim warranties that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content is complete for your specific purchasing decision. Product warranties, if any, are as stated in written supply terms or manufacturer documentation — not implied solely by browsing this site.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of this website or reliance on general marketing content.
• We are not liable for clinical outcomes, emergency response decisions, or failure to call emergency services.
• Our aggregate liability arising from website use (not from a separate written supply contract) is limited to SGD 100, or the amount you paid us (if any) for website-related services in the three months before the claim — whichever is higher.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Singapore law (including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence, where such exclusion is not permitted).

Separate written contracts for device supply or training may set different liability terms for those transactions.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against reasonable losses arising from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms, except to the extent caused by our fraud or wilful misconduct.

16. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or use of this website, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply.

17. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
