1. Who we are

This website is operated by ERW Holdings Pte. Ltd., a company incorporated in Singapore, trading as CPRAID (cpraid.com).

CPRAID is a reseller of CPRAIDR®, manufactured by VitalSigns Innovation AB (Sweden). We are not the manufacturer.

2. Singapore PDPA

We handle personal data in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) and related regulations and guidelines. This policy is written in plain English for website visitors and facility contacts in Singapore. It is not legal advice.

3. What personal data we collect

This is a static marketing website. We do not run a server-side database or account system on cpraid.com.

When you use the “Request a briefing” form, your mail client opens a message to us. The form is designed to include:

• Name
• Organisation
• Email address
• Facility type (if you select one)
• Message content you write

If you email us directly (including replies), we also receive whatever you choose to send (for example phone number, site address, or attachment).

We do not intentionally collect sensitive health data about identifiable patients through this website. Please do not send patient identifiers or clinical records in briefing requests.

4. Purposes of collection and use

We use personal data only as needed to:

• Respond to briefing requests and other enquiries about CPRAID / CPRAIDR®
• Discuss facility fit, availability, training packages, and commercial next steps
• Keep a business record of correspondence with you or your organisation
• Improve how we communicate about the product (for example clarifying common questions)
• Meet legal or regulatory obligations that apply to us as a Singapore business

We do not use your contact details for unrelated marketing lists without a lawful basis and, where required, your consent.

5. How we collect data

• Directly from you — mailto form, email, or other messages you send us
• Automatically (limited) — your browser may load third-party resources such as Google Fonts (see Cookies and similar technologies below). We do not operate our own analytics cookies on this static site as of the date above.

6. Disclosure to others

We do not sell personal data.

We may share personal data only when reasonably necessary, for example:

• With service providers who help us run email or business operations (under appropriate confidentiality)
• With the manufacturer, VitalSigns Innovation AB, where a discussion about product technical details, fulfilment, or support requires it
• With professional advisers (legal, regulatory, accounting) bound by professional duties
• Where required by law, regulation, court order, or a competent authority in Singapore or elsewhere

Product documentation and manufacturer support channels for CPRAIDR® may be governed by VitalSigns Innovation AB’s own policies. Where manufacturer systems process data, their notices apply to that processing.

7. Transfers outside Singapore

Our contact email and some tools we use may involve processing or storage outside Singapore (for example email infrastructure). If we transfer personal data out of Singapore, we will take steps consistent with the PDPA so that the data continues to receive a standard of protection comparable to that under the PDPA, where required.

The manufacturer is based in Sweden. Product-related communications shared with them may be processed in the EU/EEA or other locations they use.

8. Retention

We keep personal data only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above — typically while we are in active discussion with you or your organisation, and thereafter for a reasonable business and legal record-keeping period — then delete or anonymise it when no longer needed, unless a longer period is required by law.

9. Your rights (access, correction, withdrawal)

Subject to the PDPA, you may ask us to:

• Provide access to personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate personal data
• Withdraw consent to our continued use of your personal data for optional purposes (where processing is based on consent)

Email ewood@cpraid.com with the subject line “PDPA request”. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Withdrawal of consent may mean we cannot continue a commercial discussion that depends on that data.

10. Cookies and similar technologies

As of the date of this policy, cpraid.com is a static site. We do not set first-party analytics or advertising cookies ourselves.

The site loads Google Fonts from Google’s servers (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com). Your browser may send technical request data (such as IP address and user-agent) to Google when those fonts load. That processing is governed by Google’s policies, not by a cookie banner we control.

If we later add analytics, hosting cookies, or other trackers, we will update this policy and, where required, provide appropriate notice or consent mechanisms.

11. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal data we receive (for example limiting access to business email). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information by email.

12. Children

This website is aimed at facility and business decision-makers. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through this site. CPRAIDR® is intended for adult patient use (18+), as stated by the manufacturer.

13. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you should read the revised policy.
